Naima /Jazz Song【Piano Sheet Music】

Hello!  It's Sakiko!

I’m excited to announce that new piano sheet music is available on Piascore!

This time, it's from the "Jazz Piano Solo Standards ♪” series.

It’s an arrangement of “Naima” by John Coltrane, inspired by his Giant Steps album.

I transcribed Wynton Kelly’s piano solo and adapted it into a piano solo version.

It’s a beautiful ballad with rich harmonies.  I hope you’ll enjoy playing it!

Inside the Arrangement

The piece is structured as follows:

• Theme (A, B) → Improvisation Section (C, D) → Last Theme (E) → Outro (F)

The right hand mainly carries the melody and basic chord voicings (up to 4 notes), while the left hand features a simple bass line using single notes.
