I have an announcement regarding piano sheet music sales!
In the "Playing Jazz Classics!" series, I've arranged "Donna Lee" composed by Charlie Parker for intermediate to advanced jazz players.
Parker's compositions are undeniably cool, aren't they?
The phrases, originally crafted for saxophone, can pose a slight challenge when translated to piano due to their saxophone-centric nature and the up-tempo, making them more suitable for advanced players.
The music sheet is easy to read because it mainly consists of single notes arrangements for both the right and left hands.
I recommend starting by practicing each hand separately!
I've included fingering suggestions in the sheet music for your reference. Fingering preferences vary, so feel free to experiment and find what works best for you.
Take it slow at first, gradually increasing the tempo as you play!
